Long context. Few meetings.

Async-first by default. Two collaboration windows per day; the rest is yours. We value uninterrupted thinking.

Writing is the work.

Decisions live in docs, not chat. RFCs precede code. Your writing will be sharper after a year here.

Ship to inspect.

We deploy to a small group, watch what happens, and decide. Reversible mistakes are how we learn fastest.

Comp at the top.

Cash + equity at the 90th percentile of late-stage Series B. We don't negotiate on offers — we lead with the best one.

Cash + equity at 90th %ile

Late-stage Series B comp bands; published internally. No backchannel negotiation.

Remote-first, two hubs

Mostly remote in the US. Optional offices in NYC (Flatiron) and DC (G St). Fly-in offsites quarterly.

Health, fully covered

Premium medical, dental, vision for you and dependents. $0 employee contribution.

M3 + 4K display + chair

Whatever you need to work. Top-spec laptop, monitor, peripherals, and a $1,200 home-office budget annually.

Unlimited PTO + 4-week min

Genuinely unlimited, with a 4-week annual minimum we enforce. Plus 11 federal holidays + your birthday.

$2,500 learning budget

Books, courses, conferences. Plus we pay for one substantive certification per year (CFA, JD CLE, AWS, etc).

20-week parental leave

Birthing and non-birthing parents. 20 weeks fully paid, fully flexible — take it once or split it across the first year.

401(k) + 4% match

Vests immediately. We use Vanguard target-date funds by default, but you can pick your own.

Charity match · $5K

We match charitable donations 1:1 up to $5,000 annually. Plus 2 paid volunteer days.
